Thanks a lot for this list, Moon! You opened my eyes 🙂 I must admit the only attraction I know in India is the Taj Mahal (I haven’t been there though). In your opinion, is it easy to travel between towns in India by public transport?

Hahaa… India is a vast country with diverse attractions for tourists. Taj Mahal is just like the tip of an iceberg for all the natural, and architectural attractions India has. And yes, major towns, cities and tourist spots are well connected via railway and public transport. But the weather can be very hot in summer times in India. You may not feel comfortable in public transport.
